We match your request with up to 3 local pros who then contact you directly with free written estimates. We are a referral service — we are not your contractor, employer, or agent. Partner contractors pay Certified Pros Near Me a referral fee for the opportunity to contact you.

Certified Pros Near Me does not perform, supervise, or warrant any work. Any contract for services is made directly between you and the contractor you choose. Contractors are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Certified Pros Near Me. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, cost, or outcome of any work performed.

Before a contractor can receive requests from us, we check their Washington L&I contractor registration, the bond and insurance on file with L&I, and their L&I infraction history. However, verification is point-in-time and we do not inspect contractors' work and we do not warrant the results of any project. You are encouraged to independently confirm a contractor's registration and insurance before signing any agreement.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about yourself and your project.
• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to make decisions about the property.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

Final pricing depends on an on-site assessment. We do not warrant that any quote is the lowest available or that a contractor will be available in your area at the time of your request.
